For the moment is fantasypicture most popular.
When I work with my montage/photomanipulation I build a stage or a background
around the model.
The background is abaout 3 or 5 picures that I manipulation to a proper background.
Then I do a montage with smaler details to be in the picture.

For the fantasypicture I also paint details if you wish.

Except photographer and models who need some picture for the portfolio,
I also make many pictures to private persons.

I print the picture if you like. The prices vary dependence size and paper.
